What is your new patient procedure?

You will be required to fill out a form detailing ID and contact numbers. A Medicare card is also essential for bulkbilling.

How long will I have to wait?

Waiting times vary from 5 minutes to an hour depending on the circumstances of the day. Unfortunately, we cannot provide great estimates due to the individual nature of each appointment.

Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?

Same-day appointments are not commonly available however walk-in patients are allowed. Bear in mind walk-in patients are lower priority and will have increased waiting times
